Stayed there for 3 nights, loved it. I had room where air freshener had been used to disguise the mouldy smell.
The room was very small.

The private bathroom with shower in the room was a total game-changer for me! It was so convenient and gave me a sense of privacy and comfort, just like being at home. As someone who values a bit of personal space, having this amenity was absolutely perfect.
Honestly, I have to say that I wasn't a huge fan of the decor in the room. But hey, that's just my personal taste, and I'm sure others might find it stylish and appealing.

It has clean rooms and particularly good location close enough to the old town wall, the airport, and the beach 1 Minute walking and a city wall view. Includes loft bedroom. Thank you very much for just perfect stay, I would stay here again.

The air-conditioning was nice because it's not like I was melting in the heat or anything. The free WiFi was great, I could post all my fancy hotel selfies right away. And the restaurant. well, let's just say I didn't have to worry about getting hungry.
Oh, I absolutely loved that the nearest airport was in Podgorica. Just what I always wanted, a longer journey to reach my destination.

I recently stayed at Karmen1 for a short stay in Dubrovnik. The location is incredible, right in the heart of the old town and just steps away from the beach area at the fortress. Despite the small size of the apartment, it had everything we needed and we were even able to store our bicycles in the room. The shower was consistently warm and refreshing. The host, Antonio, was extremely friendly and accommodating, even offering us a lift to the airport. The value for money is excellent considering the prices in the area.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The room at Karmen1 had a private bathroom with a shower, and let me tell you, it was just what I needed after a long day of exploring. It felt so refreshing to have my own little oasis where I could unwind and wash off all the sweat and dirt. The shower had great water pressure too, which made it even more enjoyable. As a solo traveler, having a private bathroom was a huge plus for me, and I really appreciated the convenience and privacy it provided.
Honestly, I can't really think of anything that I didn't like about the room at Karmen1. It was pretty much perfect for me.

The location of the apartment was amazing, right in the heart of the old town. I loved being able to walk to the beach and explore the nearby sights. The communication with the host was excellent, they met us at the hotel and provided all the information we needed. The apartment itself was clean and had a warm shower. Despite the small size, I was still able to fit my bicycle in the room, a plus.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, offering us a lift to the airport and assisting us with our bags. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right next to a great bar where we could enjoy drinks and swimming. Additionally, the hotel was within the city walls but away from the busy areas, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The room had a slight "old" smell and was smaller than expected based on the pictures.

Small, simple flat with everything needed for short stay. Great location in the heart of city, yet away from chaos. Steps from the sea for a swim. Excellent host, provided keys and airport transfer. Clean and good value.

Located right in the heart of the Old City, our stay at this accommodation was all about convenience. We were just a few steps away from the beautiful sea, the lively Buza Bar, and the renowned restaurant Azur. The room was clean and the bathroom had been recently refurbished. The friendly host was waiting for us upon arrival and even helped us with our luggage.
We did experience some noise disturbances from a nearby bar during a few nights.
